History on construction.
The construction of the tourist center began in 2009. It stopped for 3 years then resumed at the end of 2012 and finished 4 months later with:
- a restaurant 1 out of 2 planned, is finished with its annexes (see RESTAURANT tab of this site).
- 12 finished houses with 32 rooms each with an adjoining shower room. 4 other houses are to be completed.
Today, we want to resume work with the new mass plan, new projects transforming the tourism project into a complex of tourist residences, commercial, restaurants and recreation.
Description of the new project:
In relation to the mass plan, the project will be divided into two sections:
- The first installment will include, the buildings already built and will add in order, the fence around the 7Ha, an artificial river 10m wide all along the 3 sides of the land, the commercial premises at the entrance of the complex, of roads and landscaping with new trees and flowers and leisure gardens
- The second tranche will include the large shopping center and large cross-shaped building for accommodation, offices, conference rooms and a large, expandable 2000-seat gym.
We are looking for an investor to manage the restaurant and its annexes.
